Information on the right to withdraw from a distance contract

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the Online Store within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or e-mail).

You can use the model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. To keep the deadline for withdrawing from the contract, it is enough for you to send information regarding the exercise of your right to withdraw from the contract before the deadline to withdraw from the contract. In the event of withdrawal from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the costs of delivering the goods (except for additional costs resulting from the method of delivery chosen by you other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by us), immediately, and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which we were informed about your decision to exercise the right to withdraw from this contract. We will refund the payment using the same payment methods you used in the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees due to this reimbursement. We may withhold the reimbursement until we receive the item or until proof of its return is provided to us, whichever occurs first.

If you have received the purchased item, please send it back or give it to us at the following address: ul. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only responsible for reducing the value of things resulting from using it in a different way than was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of things.

The provisions regarding the consumer contained in this communication shall apply from 1 January 2021 and for contracts concluded from that date also to the buyer who is a natural person concluding a contract directly related to his business, if the content of this contract shows that he does not have this person of a professional nature, resulting in particular from the subject of the business activity performed by him, made available based on the provisions on the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity.
