When should you replace sonic toothbrush heads?
It’s recommended to change them at least every three months. However, if you’ve experienced oral infections or notice accelerated wear on the bristles, you may need to replace them sooner.

Warranty & Return Policy
- One-Year Limited Warranty: Our electric toothbrushes come with a one-year limited warranty, effective from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects in material and workmanship under normal use.
- Extended Warranty Options: You have the option to purchase an extended warranty for an additional two or three years for added peace of mind.
- What’s Covered: The warranty includes issues related to motor function, battery, and charging issues. It does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or natural wear and tear.
- Immediate Replacement: In case of a confirmed defect, a brand-new unit will be shipped to you immediately at no additional cost.
- Initiate Return: Contact our customer service within the warranty period via email, and provide proof of purchase as well as a detailed description of the issue.
- Approval & Instructions: Upon approval, you will receive detailed instructions on how to send back the defective unit. Return shipping costs will be covered by us.
- Inspection & Replacement: Once the defective unit is received and inspected, a replacement will be shipped to you at our expense.
- Proof of Purchase: Warranty claims must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase from [RJ1 Sp. z o. o.] or authorized dealers.
- Void Warranty: Warranty is void if the product has been altered, misused, or used for purposes other than those for which it was designed.
- Exclusions: This warranty does not cover cosmetic damage, accessories, or consumables, like brush heads.
- Legal Rights: This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary by jurisdiction.
