As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the Online Store within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or e-mail).

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only responsible for reducing the value of things resulting from using it in a different way than was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of things.

The provisions regarding the consumer contained in this communication shall apply from 1 January 2021 and for contracts concluded from that date also to the buyer who is a natural person concluding a contract directly related to his business, if the content of this contract shows that he does not have this person of a professional nature, resulting in particular from the subject of the business activity performed by him, made available based on the provisions on the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity.
